Membership Fees
All membership fees paid to Peter’s Gym are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.
Members are encouraged to review the membership plans, duration, and pricing before completing their registration.
Personal Training Packages
Payments made for personal training sessions are non-refundable once the training package has commenced.
If a personal training package has not yet started, refund requests may be considered at the sole discretion of Peter’s Gym management.
Cancellation of Membership
Members may request to cancel their membership at any time. However, cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund of any membership fees already paid.
Any future scheduled payments (if applicable) will be handled according to the membership agreement.
Medical Emergencies
In exceptional circumstances, such as serious medical conditions or long-term injuries that prevent a member from continuing their fitness programme, Peter’s Gym may consider a refund, membership freeze, or membership extension upon submission of valid medical documentation.
Approval is solely at the discretion of the management.
Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If you are charged more than once for the same transaction or make an accidental duplicate payment, please contact us immediately.
After verification, the duplicate payment will be refunded through the original payment method.
Promotional Offers
Memberships or services purchased under promotional discounts, special offers, seasonal campaigns, or limited-time deals are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Membership Transfer
Memberships are generally non-transferable unless approved by Peter’s Gym management under exceptional circumstances.
Changes to This Policy
Peter’s Gym reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will be published on this page with the revised effective date.
